We are seeking a proactive and data-driven Digital Marketing
Executive to support the growth initiatives of both Tapfolio (AI-powered
chatbot solutions) and OdooEdge (Odoo ERP/CRM services) within the dynamic UAE
and Indian SME markets. This role is integral to implementing multi-stage sales
funnel strategies, leveraging various digital channels, and crucially, utilizing
AI tools and marketing automation platforms to enhance efficiency and
optimize performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in
executing targeted campaigns designed to capture, engage, nurture, and convert
Small and Medium-sized Enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Management: Contributing to
the development and publication of SEO-optimized blog posts, lead magnets
(eBooks, checklists, whitepapers), case studies, comparison guides, and website
copy tailored to SME pain points and the specific needs of target industries in
the UAE and India.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO): Assisting with
keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO basics, and local SEO
efforts (e.g., Google Business Profile) to improve organic visibility for both
brands.
Paid Advertising (PPC): Supporting the setup,
monitoring, and optimisation of Google Search Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns
targeting specific B2B audiences and keywords in the UAE and India, focusing on
lead generation and brand visibility. This includes writing compelling ad
copy and suggesting landing page optimisations.
Social Media Marketing (Primarily LinkedIn): Managing
and contributing to the content calendar for LinkedIn, sharing thought
leadership articles, industry insights, company updates, and engaging with the
community to build brand presence and support outreach.
Email Marketing: Assisting in the setup and
management of automated email nurturing sequences for captured leads,
distributing newsletters, and sending personalized communication to
prospects2.... This requires integration with CRM platforms.
Website Management & Optimization: Contributing
to website content updates, ensuring mobile-friendliness and fast loading
speeds, implementing conversion rate optimisation (CRO) suggestions based on
analytics, and managing website calls-to-action.
Chatbot Implementation & Management (Tapfolio
Specific): Potentially assisting with the configuration and management of
Tapfolio's own website chatbot for proactive engagement, lead qualification,
and customer support on Tapfolio's own website.
Analytics and Reporting: Tracking and analysing
digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, monitoring
KPIs across different funnel stages (e.g., website traffic, lead magnet
downloads, MQLs, conversion rates), and contributing to performance
reports.
Tool Utilisation: Efficiently using and leveraging
various digital marketing tools such as CRM platforms (Odoo's
native CRM), Odoo Email Marketing platform, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and potentially LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Leveraging AI: Actively seeking opportunities to integrate
AI tools into marketing workflows for tasks such as content generation
assistance, ad copy optimisation, audience analysis, or predictive lead
scoring.
Market Understanding: Contributing to refining buyer
personas and understanding the specific nuances, digital adoption trends, and
business challenges of SMEs in the UAE and India.
Qualifications:
Educational background in Marketing, Communications,
Business, or a related field is typically expected for such a role.
Previous experience in digital marketing, particularly in
B2B or SaaS environments, would be highly beneficial. Experience targeting the
UAE and/or Indian markets is a strong advantage1.
Demonstrated proficiency in using and leveraging
AI-powered tools for marketing tasks is highly desirable, aligning with the
companies' focus on advanced technology.
Skills:
Strong understanding of core digital marketing channels:
SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing (especially LinkedIn), and
Email Marketing.
Proficiency with AI-driven marketing platforms and tools
or a strong interest and ability to quickly learn and apply them.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the
ability to craft compelling, benefit-driven content.
Data analysis skills, with the ability to track KPIs,
interpret metrics, and inform optimization efforts.
Ability to understand and tailor messaging to specific
target audiences and personas in distinct markets like the UAE and India,
Organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple
tasks across different platforms and funnels.
Adaptability and a proactive approach to continuous learning
and optimization.
