About Foxedg

Foxedg Ventures FZE LLC is a B2B technology venture studio registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, UAE. We work with businesses across the Emirates on ERP, compliance and go-to-market technology, and we run three brands:

•    Foxedg E-Invoicing — a vendor-neutral integration partner for UAE e-invoicing. We help businesses select an accredited Service Provider (ASP) and we build and manage the connection between their ERP and that provider, under the PINT AE standard over Peppol.

•    OdooEdge — our Odoo Partner brand, delivering Odoo implementation and integration work for SMEs and mid-market companies.

•    Tapfolio — a curated B2B marketplace for AI agents, currently in early access.

We are a small, senior team of specialists across the UAE and India. The work is real, the clients are real, and the person in this role will see the results of their marketing in the pipeline within weeks rather than quarters.

We are an AI-first company. We build with AI, we sell AI, and we expect everyone here to use AI tools daily to work faster and to a higher standard than the same person could manage alone. This is not a preference we hope you share — it is how the job is done.

About the role

We are looking for one person to own the day-to-day execution of our marketing and CRM. Today our growth is almost entirely organic — content, LinkedIn, email and referrals — and we want to do that consistently and well before we start spending on paid campaigns. Over the next year, paid search and paid social will be added, and you will be the person running them.

This is a hands-on execution role, not a strategy role. You will get direction, brand guidelines and approved messaging from the founder. What we need from you is reliable output: posts that go out on schedule, blogs that get published, emails that get sent, a CRM that reflects reality, and a website that stays current.

It suits someone early in their career who wants to learn B2B marketing properly — where the audience is finance heads, IT managers and business owners, not consumers — and who is comfortable working independently without someone watching over their shoulder.

Because we work AI-first, the output we expect from one person in this role is closer to what a small team produced a few years ago. We are not asking you to work longer hours to get there. We are asking you to be genuinely good with the tools.

What you will do

LinkedIn and social media

•    Plan and maintain a content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X.

•    Write, schedule and publish posts for the Foxedg, OdooEdge and Tapfolio pages, in the tone and format we set.

•    Grow and engage the LinkedIn audience: page followers, comments, relevant groups, and support for the founder's personal profile activity.

•    Prepare simple post graphics and carousels using Canva or a similar tool, within our brand guidelines.

•    Track what performs and report it monthly with a short view on what to repeat and what to drop.

Content and blogs

•    Research and draft blog articles on UAE e-invoicing compliance, Odoo and ERP topics, and B2B AI adoption.

•    Turn long-form content into shorter assets: LinkedIn posts, email sections, FAQs, one-pagers.

•    Apply on-page SEO basics — titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal links, image alt text — and keep each page in its own keyword lane.

•    Follow our editorial rule strictly.

Email marketing

•    Build and maintain segmented contact lists in the CRM.

•    Draft, schedule and send newsletters, product updates and outbound sequences.

•    Set up and monitor automated follow-up flows, and keep unsubscribes, bounces and list hygiene under control.

•    Report open, click and reply rates, and test subject lines and send times.

CRM management

•    Own the CRM as the single source of truth: leads captured, stages accurate, activities logged, nothing sitting untouched.

•    Route inbound enquiries from the website, LinkedIn and email to the right pipeline within the same working day.

•    Clean and de-duplicate records, and enrich lead data where it is missing.

•    Produce a weekly pipeline and lead-source summary for the founder.

Website maintenance (Odoo)

•    Make routine content updates to foxedg.com on the Odoo Website builder — copy edits, new pages, blog publishing, image and FAQ updates.

•    Keep forms, CTAs and tracking working, and check pages on mobile before and after changes.

•    Flag anything that needs developer input rather than attempting structural changes unsupervised.

Paid campaigns

•    Help set up and run LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads and Meta campaigns as we begin paid activity.

•    Build landing pages and forms for campaigns, and keep lead capture connected to the CRM.

•    Monitor spend, cost per lead and lead quality, and report honestly on what is not working.

Working with AI

•    Use AI tools as part of your normal workflow — research, first drafts, repurposing content, summarising calls and documents, drafting email sequences, generating campaign variants and post graphics.

•    Edit everything. AI gives you a first draft, not a finished one. You are accountable for accuracy, tone and originality in anything that goes out under our name.

•    Never let AI near a regulatory claim without checking it. Anything about tax, deadlines or compliance is drafted, then verified against the source, then verified by the founder before it is published.

•    Build small reusable prompts and workflows for the tasks you repeat weekly, and share them with the team rather than keeping them to yourself.

•    Bring us tools. If you find something that removes an hour of manual work each week, propose it — we will look at it seriously.

Reporting

•    Send a short weekly update: what was published, what came in, what is planned next.

•    Maintain a simple monthly dashboard covering traffic, leads, email performance and social growth.

Who we are looking for

We are open to two profiles:

•    Freshers — recent graduates in marketing, communications, commerce, business or a related field, who have done real marketing work in academic projects, internships, a college club, a family business or their own side project. Show us what you actually ran and what happened.

•    Up to one year of experience — candidates who have already handled some mix of social media, content, email or CRM in an agency or in-house role.

Essential

•    Clear written English. This is the single most important requirement — most of the job is writing for a business audience in the Gulf, and we cannot fix weak writing with training.

•    Practical, daily use of AI tools. You should already be using something — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Canva AI or similar — for real work, and be able to explain how you prompt, what you check, and what you change in the output. We will ask.

•    The judgement to know when AI output is wrong, generic or made up, and the discipline to fix it before it goes anywhere near a client-facing channel.

•    Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X as business channels, not just personal accounts.

•    Comfort with Canva or a similar design tool for basic graphics.

•    Basic understanding of what a CRM is for and why data discipline matters.

•    Reliable laptop, stable internet, and a quiet place to take calls.

•    Organised and self-directed. You will be working remotely with a team in another country, so we need someone who closes loops without being chased.

Desirable, not required

•    Any exposure to Odoo, HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, Brevo or similar platforms.

•    Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console or Meta Business Suite.

•    Some SEO knowledge, including how AI search and answer engines are changing how business buyers find information.

•    Experience with AI beyond chat — automation tools such as Zapier, Make or n8n, AI features inside marketing platforms, or any AI agent or workflow you have set up yourself.

•    Any interest in B2B, accounting, ERP or compliance subject matter. You do not need to know UAE e-invoicing; you do need to be willing to learn it.

Who this role will not suit

•    Anyone looking for a purely creative or purely strategic role. This job is execution, consistency and follow-through.

•    Anyone who wants to publish AI-generated content without reading it first. Fast is good; unchecked is not.

•    Anyone who avoids AI tools on principle, or who has only ever used them to write assignments. Both will struggle here.

•    Anyone who needs daily supervision to stay on track.

Engagement and terms

•    Full-time remote engagement on an independent contractor agreement with Foxedg Ventures FZE LLC, UAE.

•    Working days are Monday to Saturday, with hours aligned to the UAE business day so there is live overlap with the team and clients.

•    The first three months are a review period. At the end of month three we either extend the review period or move to a longer-term arrangement, based on performance against agreed deliverables.

•    Compensation is as per industry standards and will be discussed at interview, based on experience and how you perform in the assessment.

•    Monthly payment against invoice. Standard confidentiality and IP terms apply.

Why this is worth your time

•    You will own the whole marketing function rather than one slice of it, which is rare this early in a career.

•    You will learn UAE e-invoicing compliance and ERP marketing — a narrow, well-paid B2B niche that very few marketers in India understand.

•    You will work directly with the founder, who has a long enterprise software background, and get direct feedback on your work.

•    As we move into paid campaigns, you will get hands-on budget experience that normally takes years to reach.

•    You will work in a company that is AI-first in practice rather than in its marketing copy — including on Tapfolio, our B2B AI agent marketplace. The tools you learn here will matter more to your career over the next five years than any single platform on your CV.

How to apply

Send the following to hello@foxedg.com with the subject line "Digital Marketing & CRM Executive — <Your Name>":

1.  Your CV.

2.  A short note, no more than 200 words, on one B2B company whose marketing you think is good, and why.

3.  Links or screenshots of anything you have made — posts, blogs, campaigns, a page you built, a college project.

4.  A few lines on which AI tools you use in your work and one specific example of how you used one to produce something better than you would have alone. Be concrete. "I use ChatGPT for content" tells us nothing.

Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short paid exercise: write one LinkedIn post and one 300-word blog introduction on a topic we give you. Use AI for it — we expect you to — and tell us which tools you used, what the raw output looked like, and what you changed. How you edit matters more to us than how you prompt. We do not use unpaid work as a screening filter beyond that.

Selection process

1.  Application review.

2.  Interview (online).

3.  Short written exercise (paid, approximately two hours of work).

4.  Video call with the founder.

5.  Offer and contractor agreement.
